  2. Our Client is the number one in sales for both the consumer and wholesales markets in Hong Kong
  3. Job satisfaction is high amongst the staff and most will only depart reluctantly on retirement or after being headhunted by competitors
  4. Our Client is working to expand its coverage into Great Bay Area and beyond, as well as Europe and the Americas
  5. Opportunities abound for sales professionals


  1. Work with a team of dedicated sales professionals to promote grocery products and provide excellent customer services.
  2. Develop customer business plan, new product introduction, and deliver results
  3. Proactively identify ways to improve operational efficiencies, and achieve corporate goals and targets
  4. Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
  5. Monitor the performance of team members through proper motivation and coaching
  6. Provide on-the-job training to the team and responsible for overall team performance
  7. Handle emergencies and problem solving


  1. University Graduate with a relevant degree in Business Management, Marketing and/or etc
  2. With at least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry
  3. Strong business senses with strong interpersonal skills
  4. High adaptability to the dynamic working environment, ability to work without direct supervision
  5. Good supervisory experience with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  6. Team player
  7. Good working skills with Microsoft Office

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
