Six-to-nine-month contract that may be converted to a permanent placement

Initially will work remotely 5 days a week and then 3 days a week in the office starting around January.

Local candidates only.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

You will support a team of Recruiters - and help manage recruiting activities:

  • Scheduling in person and phone interviews
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Updating candidate records
  • Posting jobs in recruiting systems
  • Following up on correspondence to candidates
  • Tracking reporting activities and sending out a weekly report

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least one year experience in Human Resources, or administration, or Sales, or Legal --- with a heavy emphasis on calendar scheduling.
  • Must be very proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite skills - especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
