Our firm has been engaged by one of the staffing industry’s leading and most respected staffing solutions providers to fill a Branch Manager role.

Position: Branch Manager/ Sales Manager

Compensation: Base + commission and an exceptional benefits package

Client Profile: Our client is a national leader in the staffing/solutions space.

Position Overview:
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding Key Performance Measures. The BM will be managing P&L to ensure monthly profitability for the branch.

The BM will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strategic sales to include creating and delivering customer presentations and RFP.

  • Determining sales strategies/methods specific to the unique needs of each client.

  • Hiring and leading direct reports through successful management of compliance and metrix accountability.

  • Exceeding client and associate expectations through net promoter participation and scores.

  • Fully responsible for client retention to include taking proactive measures for customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively engage in networking and professional development activities to include but not limited to attending networking events, joining professional associations and attending industry conferences.



Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A highly motivated entrepreneurial-minded individual who is a client relationship expert.

  • 5+ years of solution sales experience preferably in the staff augmentation space.

  • Able to demonstrate business acumen and market insight

  • A seasoned professional who maintains and nurtures client relationships through exceeding client expectations.

  • A supportive leader who improves productivity of direct reports through employee development opportunities.

  • HUNTER mindset coupled with the ability to Farm within existing portfolio, ability to cold call

  • Strong presentation skills and communications skills

  • 4 year degree preferred
